There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 4, line 6, following "AS 06.01.010": Insert ", but a licensee may not be charged more than one examination fee in a six-month period" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Wright objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 145(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 145(L&C) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
